Best pizza I've ever had! I live in CA but have visited family in Ohio since I was a kid and I always look forward to eating this pizza when I am in town.
Small place with AMAZING pizza and calzones. Unfortunately they only offer carry out, so minus one star. Otherwise a total five star. Having a full restaurant to sit down would be fantastic!
I have always considered myself a serious pizza aficionado..... Giovanni's has had a special place in my heart holding a spot in the top 3 pies that I've ever had. But I haven't been in the area to pop back in for about 15 years and almost wondered if my memory of the incredible pizza was maybe romanticized in my mind but let me just tell you my memory served me well! I grew up on this pizza and after so many years away, the quality, consistency and perfection has not faded at all. We picked up a mushroom and sausage pre-baked pie so we could finish it off at home after our 2 1/2 hour drive. Packaging was perfect for our needs, pie was heavy as can be so we knew it wouldn't disappoint. Perfectly crispy crust, toppings were piled high as always and put to bed under a beautiful layer of cheese...... all this was married in with garlic buttery goodness........You know it's good when they only take cash, don't deliver yet still stay packed and slinging pies all day for almost 70 years!
Drove all the way from Parma to try this pizza that someone I followed on Instagram raves about. His posts and pictures made it a must try. Gotta admit, it was worth the trip. Gooey and cheesy hot and fresh it was one of the best pizzas I've had. Five stars, try this spot for sure!!
